LAN collaboration for video and 3D teams

Bring video and 3D production collaboration into one LAN workbench. The current release includes deadline-based assignments, stable shot IDs, client annotations and two-version comparisons to organize assets, shots and feedback. Features and access depend on the deployed release and team configuration.

02

Keep feedback tied to shots

Agree on project and shot IDs, then review changes with client annotations and two-version comparisons. The release notes also include Word and Excel change lists and shot archiving; use the controls available in your deployment.

03

Confirm the deployment scope

Check that team devices can reach the workbench and plan asset backups, member permissions and handovers. LAN collaboration does not imply public sharing or replace backups. Complete an assignment, annotation and review cycle in a test project first.

04

Bring it into your daily workflow

Try the main tools on a copy first. Check the output before using it in production. This guide describes published capabilities; results depend on files and environment.

05

Start in the software center

Download and sign in to HONWU AuthCenter, then choose the plugin. Save your work and close related applications before installation. Follow the installer, then reopen your software. Check the software center for current versions and entitlements.
